Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped will be fully insured against damages if elected at checkout. Delivery to your home is usually 14-60 days from the date of order depending on the availability of the items ordered and what state delivery is to. All deliveries will be scheduled prior to the delivery being attempted. Please let the delivery service know if there are any restrictions to your delivery such as building hours, long driveways, limited commercial traffic, etc. These should be brought to the attention of the delivery service at the time of scheduling and could result in additional delivery charges.
Please read the descriptions below to decide which form of delivery best suits your needs. You may specify the type of delivery you want in the “Comments” area of the shopping cart as you begin your checkout. If no delivery is specified then one will be chosen for you based on the type of product ordered and the delivery location.
Please inspect your order for damages as soon as possible. Any damaged item should be refused at time of delivery. If your order arrives when you are not home there is a 24 hr grace period to identify an report damages. When reporting a damaged item in this time period, email a picture of the damaged area along with the serial number of the item. This serial number is located on the identification tag applied to the product.
International Platinum cannot accept cancellations on orders which have already begun the procurement process. We may, at our discretion, make an exception in which a refund will be given minus a 25% restocking fee. If an order can be canceled with the manufacturer, there will be no penalty and the down payment will be refunded. Orders that arrive damaged or defective may be returned for repair or replacement. A manufacturer representative will inspect the product to verify it meets factory standards to be redelivered at no additional charge.
